What is the Patient Portal?

The Patient Portal provides patients a way to continue their therapy outside of the clinic. This is designed to be a bridge between the clinic and the home.

Complete Exercises

View and complete home exercises prescribed by your therapist. Each exercise contains a video demonstration and written instructions to help ensure proper performance. Additionally, information about the number of sets and reps will be displayed as designated by your therapist.

Message Your Therapist

Do you have general questions about your therapy or the application? Message your therapist! Are the exercises too easy or too difficult? Message your therapist! The application comes with a secure messaging system that allows you to communicate with your therapist and vice versa. When your message is replied to, you will receive an email and in-app notification.

Track Progress and Goals

The system tracks your progress as you work through your care plan. As you complete exercises or achieve your personal daily goal, points are awarded. You can compare your weekly points to previous weeks to verify that you are maximizing the benefits of your care plan.
