Patient Portal | Complete Exercises

Overview
There are two different methods for completing your exercises:
- Individual Exercises
- Exercise Routine

Complete Individual Exercises
Individual Exercises
If you only need to complete specific exercises for the day or you want to perform them in a different order:
Make sure you are on the Exercises tab (represented by the grid icon).
Hover over the desired exercise.
Choose one of the available options:
a. Select Watch Video to see a demonstration.
b. If you can, and did, perform the exercise without needing to use the accompanying video or description, click Mark as Complete. Then, move on to the next exercise.On the new window, you have the option of viewing the video, reading a text description, and verifying the number of sets and reps prescribed. Use this information to perform the exercise.
If needed, you can Submit Feedback to your therapist and indicate the difficulty you experienced. Discover more about Exercise Feedback.
Click Mark as Complete to finish and be redirected to the Exercises tab.
Repeat these steps for all other exercises you need to perform.
When you have completed all relevant exercises, click Submit Routine to be rewarded points for successful completion. Discover more about Points.
Complete Your Exercise Routine
Exercise Routine
Use this method to easily move between exercises with little effort on your part.
Make sure you are on the Exercises tab (represented by the grid icon).
Click Begin Routine.
Your first exercise will appear in a new window. You have the option of viewing the video, reading a text description, and verifying the number of sets and reps prescribed. Use this information to perform the exercise.
If needed, you can Submit Feedback to your therapist and indicate the difficulty you experienced. Discover more about Exercise Feedback.
Click Mark as Complete when finished to be redirected to the Exercises tab.
A table will display with the Elapsed Time since you started the routine, the number of Completed Tasks, and the number of Tasks Remaining.
Below the table, you can use the previous, pause, and next icons to view exercises or to take a break.
Optional: You can select the Autoplay checkbox to implement a 3-second break before the next exercise automatically begins.
Once the routine is complete, select Submit Routine to record your progress.
