This error means an account already exists for this email and typically occurs for the following reasons:

  • You created an account with this clinic previously and returned for a new round therapy.
  • You created an account while receiving therapy from a different clinic that also uses the Patient Portal application.
  • An account was previously created using the same email address. Consider whether you share your email account someone else or used it for a dependent's (i.e. your child) account.
