Overview
The following error occurs when you try to create a Patient Portal account that already contains the email address you entered.
Already Have an Account?
This error means an account already exists for this email and typically occurs for the following reasons:
- You created an account with this clinic previously and returned for a new round therapy.
- You created an account while receiving therapy from a different clinic that also uses the Patient Portal application.
- An account was previously created using the same email address. Consider whether you share your email account someone else or used it for a dependent's (i.e. your child) account.
Use one of the options below to resolve the error:
Switch to another care plan. Discover how to switch care plans.
Follow the Reset Password instructions to access your account if you already have an existing account.
