My email has already been taken, what do I do?
If you are logging into StriveHub Portal for the first time, here is a link to our FAQ page on how to set up your StriveHub Portal:
After you follow the steps to log in to your StriveHub Portal for the first time, you will only need your email associated with your StriveHub Portal and a password to access your account in the future.
If you go through the steps to set up your StriveHub Portal account, and you receive an error page saying your email has already been taken, your next step would be to reset your password. To reset your password, follow these instructions:
1) Go to the following link: http://portal.strivehub.com/users/sign_in
2) Underneath the blue box that says "Log In," click the link that says “Forgot Your Password?”
3) That link will take you to a page where you can enter your email address (the one you originally used for your StriveHub account). Enter that email address in the box and click “Send me res et password instructions.”
4) Check your email for a message from StriveHub, which will provide you with the final instructions for resetting your password.
