Email Address Taken

If you are in the process of creating your Patient Portal account and you receive the following error, then this article is for you:

This error is generated when you try to create a Patient Portal account and the email address entered is already associated with an account. This occurs for two reasons:

  • You created an account with this clinic previously and have returned for new therapy.
  • You created an account while receiving therapy from a different clinic that also uses our Patient Portal application.

Since you already have an existing account, simply follow the Reset Password instructions to access your account.
