Print Exercises

Printing your Care Plan can be beneficial if you are unable to use the mobile application or will be somewhere without an internet connection. To print a previously prescribed Care Plan, you will need to switch to that routine prior to following the below instructions. For more information on switching Care Plans, please see: Access Your Other Care Plans.

1. Ensure you are on the Exercises tab. 

   

2. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
3. Click the Print icon located in the bottom-right corner. 

   

4. You will be directed to a printable version of your Care Plan. There, select the Print icon again. 

   

5. Lastly, follow your computer's printer prompts to finish printing your Care Plan.
