    Printing your Care Plan can be beneficial if you are unable to use the mobile application or will be somewhere without an internet connection.

     

    Do you need to Print a Previously Prescribed Care Plan?

    You will need to switch to that routine before following the instructions below to print a previously prescribed Care Plan. Discover how to switch to Other Care Plans.

     

    Click the arrow or colorblock below to discover more.

    Print Care Plan Exercises

    1. Click on the Exercises tab (represented by the grid icon).

    2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Print icon in the bottom-right corner to open a printable version of your Care Plan.

    3. Select the Print icon again.

    4. Follow the computer printer prompts to finish printing your Care Plan.
